Pilates workouts are based on a mat, and so you will need to be able to get up and down off the floor (although a chair can be put next to you to assist). You will be expected to lie on your back, side and front and sometimes on hands and knees. If you cannot manage any of these positions, the exercise can be adapted for you. Each class consists of different levels of each exercise, so with the guidance of Kate, you can choose the correct level for you. We sometimes use small equipment, such as a resistance band or ball.


I have set up a new class at Shurdington Community Centre on Tuesday evenings 6:30-7:30pm.  Places are booking up fast so message me if you’d like to join in.  The courses run for 8 weeks for £96, (£80 if you also join me on Zoom)

If you cannot make a class one week, I can send you a recording of a zoom session so you never have to miss out!

For COVID measures, I am asking members to provide their own mat, but I will always have a few space with me if you are trying the class out or forget yours!

Zoom classes are still being held Monday and Fridays at 8:45am and Thursdays at 9:15am.  £9 per week (£72 for a course of 8)
