About Deniz

Deniz is a physiotherapist who is dedicated to helping people feel stronger, move better, and get back to doing the things they enjoy. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and went on to specialise further with a Master’s degree in Manual/Manipulative Therapy from SOMT University in Amersfoort (The Netherlands).

She has clinical experience across sports rehabilitation, post-operative orthopaedics, chronic musculoskeletal conditions and neurological rehabilitation. Her approach is always patient-centred and evidence-based, but just as importantly, she focuses on building trust and making people feel comfortable and supported throughout their recovery.

Deniz believes physiotherapy should fit into real life. That’s why she creates treatment plans that work for you and help you become the best version of yourself.

She also holds a qualification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and has a strong interest in looking at the bigger picture, not just the symptoms. Whether she’s working independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team, she enjoys combining hands-on treatment with active rehabilitation to get the best possible results. She brings a calm, friendly, and reliable approach to every session.

Outside the clinic, you’ll most likely find her horse riding, cooking something delicious, running, singing, or enjoying countryside walks with her partner and dog.

Testimonials

“Kate is a superb therapist and has moved me quickly from despair to recovery.”

Alex

”FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE.  Kate looks at the body as a whole (both physically and emotionally) and is able to identify and treat the root cause of the pain.  This type of Physiotherapy is much more logical and effective than traditional Physiotherapy.  The best physio I have come across – thank you Kate.”

Stacey

”Kate has terrific skills and sensitivity – she treats the whole person, not just the symptoms”

Emma

“Kate used a technique called visceral release to work on my internal organs, the effect has been amazing. I have had several sessions with Kate and the pain in my hip has almost gone. I can move freely and walk more easily.”

Mary

“I have been seeing Kate on and off for several years now. She is incredible, no matter what my ailment and I have had various over the years, she has always managed to reduce my pain and increase my mobility. She is very professional but keeps a great balance of being personal too. I have been to many other physios but I will not see anyone else now.”

Kelly

“I cannot sing enough praises for the treatment I received from Kate. Instead of treating the symptoms, she treated the cause of the problem.”
